It's a little late to write about my biz trip on September BUT I had so many experience that I like to share.

 When I arrived in MILAN, I had few hours before I meet up with Yuria so, I went for a stroll around duomo. There, I found a tailer aterier and gentleman was so kind to show me his work and his shop!!

I wish I could speak Italian so that I can learn more about his work and his history... But to tell you the truth, no words needed to admire his craftsmanship.

9月の出張話を書くには遅いかもしれませんが、シェアしたい事がたくさんあるので小出しにしていきます♪　ミラノに到着した日、別行動していたYURIAと合流するまで少し時間があったのでドゥオモ付近を散策していたところステキなテイラーショップを発見。ドアの外から眺めていたら仕立て屋さんと目が合ったので、中に入れて欲しいと身振り手振りで表現したところ、心良く中に入れて下さいました！

彼らの手にかかった洋服たちはすごくステキで、溜息ものでした。

イタリア語が話せれば…と内心思いましたがクラフトマンシップを理解するのに言葉はいりません。

だけど、次の出張までには少しはイタリア語ができるよう勉強に励みます！！

Wearing red boots today.
This is a joint item with MANA and BARNEY'S NY.
Actually this collaboration was few years ago but this style don't look old at all.
Thats why my favourite.
I always want to wear red item around christmas time...just it put me in the mood.

One of the things make me happy is getting my nail done!

When I don't have time to go salon I just do it by myself but if I really really don't have time...just put sticker on my nails lol

This is strong and stay on your nails longer than polish!!
Gotta love this!!

Do you have anyone inspire you??
Andy Warhol is definitely one of them.

Im pretty sure you have seen this drawing.
His famous arts are always something repeated.
Do you knw why??
He thought if the things are repeated, people wouldn't feel any special for it.
The main thing he especially focused on was death.
"If people repeat death people wouldn't have to be sad..."
Hmmm...I kinda understand.
The one thing I surely feel from his art is emptiness.
I feel like his arts represent the mass-production and mass-consumption  which is necessary to tell what American culture is.

This soup cans are different tastes so it look all same can but little different.
He ate this soup every day for his lunch till he died.
Oh well, genius is always hard to understand...but something about him!!
So our designer Yuko is too beyond sometimes but its so interesting to keep watch her lol

日々の中、誰かしらインスパイアされる人っていると思うんですが、
私にとってアンディーウォーホルはそのうちのひとり。
このスープ缶の絵ゎ余りにも有名なので、皆さん知っていると思いますが、彼の作品がなぜいつも物の連続だか知っていますか？
アンディーゎ、繰り返し繰り返ししたら、人ゎ何も感じなくなる、繰り返ししたら嫌な思いも感じなくなると思ったから、作品がこれほど連続しているらしいのです。
特に“死”にゎ注目し、死さえも繰り返しにしたら、悲しみに慣れると思ったようです。
うーん。わかるような、わからないような。
とりあえず彼の作品にゎ虚無感を感じます。
なんだかアメリカの大量生産大量消費文化を代表した作品のような感じで、その表現がアメリカで大ウケしてしまうのゎなんだか私的にゎ皮肉。
ちなみに、このスープ缶ゎ味が全て違うので、微妙に缶が違います。
アンディーゎ死ぬまで毎日ランチにこのスープを食べたんだとか。
天才ゎたまに理解できませんが、魅力的なんですよね。
うちのデザイナーの今西もぶっとんでいますので、話してると面白いです(笑)

X'MAS SEASON HAS ARRIVED / MIHO

HELLO WORLD!!
For those of you live in U.S happy belated thanks giving!! Here in Japan, we don't have thanks giving so it's all about X'mas right now. and who hates x'mas (well, yes there are few exception)?!?
I've got to admit that I'm not a christian but there are so many things to be thankful to!!
Anyways, one reason that I love x'mas is... X'mas special for lunch course!! We have this Italian restaurant near our office and had a lovely course meal!! I'm so grateful for this moment!!

ハロウィンも終わって（だいぶ前ですが…）クリスマスシーズンの到来ですね！！
クリスマスの雰囲気が大好きな私ですが（嫌いな人なんてそうそういませんよね？）何が一番好きって、クリスマス限定メニューには目がありません！！
先日、オフィス近くのレストランへランチに行ったらすっかりクリスマスのデコレーションが施され、料理も美味しく幸せなひとときを過ごせました♪

We don't celebrate it here so I will be working.
However I just didn't want to miss the. turkey day so I was in kitchen all day yesterday.
Of course with home made mac n cheese too.

アメリカでは今週木曜日は感謝祭にあたるサンクスギビングという、とても大きな祝日です。
みんな２日がかりでターキーを焼き、大切な人とテーブルを囲みます。
木曜日は仕事なので、私は少し早めのサンクスギビングを昨日しました(笑)
